Great for Dieters and Diabetics!,
This is better than flax for omega 3′s and fiber. I put 2 level tablespoons in a little cup of natural(no sugar) applesauce at breakfast and whatever else i want to eat and am not hungry again until around 1pm. I have to force myself to eat sometimes as i don’t have that “diabetic” sugar drop like i used to after breakfast and get hungry again quickly. One of the best supplements i use.

|Amazing grain,
This was my first time to try Salba grain and it truely lives up to the advertising. It’s easy to use in the ground form by adding it to anything you are cooking. I’ve tried it in oatmeal, biscuits, tuna & noodles, and scones. It’s a thickener so you may need to add more liquid to a recipe. I’ve found my energy is more consistant through out the day and I don’t get hungry as quickly. It has a very mild flavor so thus can be used with other food easily.
